INGREDIENTS (Recipe for 1 cocktail)
Passion Fruit Pulp
2 Tablespoons of sugar
Fresh mint leaves
Slices of lime
Old Fasioned glass crowned with sugar
Mint leaves and lemon slices
Macerate the lime with the sugar, the lemon juice and the passion fruit pulp in the cocktail shaker using the muddler. Fill up the shaker with ice and CRIOS Torrontés.
Shake strongly for a few minutes. Pure the mix in the glass, add a branch of fresh mint and finish with a dash of sparkling water.
Decorate the glass with a slice of lemon and red berries.
